trying to reset my personal linked account master password since it was linked to my business account.
I follow the steps here.

I get the email to my personal account within 2min of submitting the request. and I can try click the URL link and i have tried copy and past of the URL manually into the same browser in the address bar and it is always saying "The link has expired or is invalid. Please generate a new link and try again."
Issue is the security scanning software that validates and checks the URL is expiring the link!!!
I have zero control of the URL scanning security system and I have approved and trusted the email from address.
What next? Trying to Contact support requires login but I the recovery process with my email to validate and get support never gets the email..
