Can't log in, no saved onetime PW, and can't reach tech support without logging in

Hello. I'm unable to login to my account with my Master Password. I apparently don't remember what I changed it to. I have no onetime PW saved. So I'm locked out, and can't reach tech support... without logging in. Ack! I can, however, use login on my phone, as it used facial recog.

And advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Thank you Henry. I logged in again with my PW. But, as before, I have received no emails from Lastpass either in my inbox or junk folders

Turns out I did get an email to Verify New Device, but thought it was just a warning that someone was trying to log in. I didn't see the Verify part. I just tried it, but the time had expired.

I'll keep trying to log in, now that you've confirmed I'm using the correct PW (that is very confusing to use the right one and be told it isn't correct). Unless you have another suggestion.

I am sorry about the issues you are having logging in. Our records show that you are entering the correct Master Password in a few attempts but a Verification email is being sent to you. Please try to log in once more, then check your inbox for an email from LastPass with the subject "LastPass Security Notification: Login attempt blocked". Click on the link included to Verify new device or location. Then, try logging in one more time and you should be able to access.

Also, when I try the account recover process, it sends me an SMS code. I type that in and the message is "This link is already expired. Try to log in again." This is quite frustrating.

I seem to be completely locked out. I no longer get an email with a link to open my LastPass account.

Hi Henry. The red square button on that page that says "Request Help logging in" doesn't do anything. I've tried it on two different computers, with different browsers (Chrome, Safari, Vivaldi), and it does nothing. I believe it just is a link to the same page. I don't have blockers on this browsers.
