You might have noticed that I also replied in that thread, 16 days ago. Since then I've been logged out several times again. Also, I wanted to update my above post (or add a comment) to clarify that this also happens when I just close chrome. Or reboot my computer. I use LastPass on my iPhone, my Windows 11 PC with chrome and Macbook also with Chrome.
If you're unable to replicate than just say that. But this isn't the first time Lastpass has problems persisting settings and I'm kinda fed up with it. The only reason I'm still with LastPass is because I have a familyplan and I don't have the time or energy at the moment to migrate my wife and kids and teach them an alternative and I have a sh*tton of saved passwords with notes and all sorts of stuff that gets lost during migration and 130 2FA codes saved and dangit I've painted myself in a corner... But, man, is LastPass tempting me.
Yes, I've checked the options mentioned in your link.
Every time Chrome updates I get logged out. Every time I log back in I need to set all my options again. Reinstalling the extension doesn't help.
I am SO fed up with this.
Great. MacOS updates, Chrome restarts, logged out AGAIN. (Notification) Settings gone AGAIN. And to top it off, y'know today the search decides to stop working...
No matter what I enter, it finds NOTHING. When I head over to https://lastpass.com/vault/ and search for the same term it find 10(!) things. Correctly.
