What do you mean by can't access your account? Are you unable to clear the message?
URL encryption has to do with how your vault database is stored with LastPass, and will have no effect on how LastPass works on your side. Your vault and access to passwords will not change once the update completes.

Everytime I login the popup to encrypt urls is there. There seems to be no way around it. Login out and relogining in, the popup is still there and I am unable to access any of my passwords in my vault as a result. What do you do?
I went ahead and did the update. First time it did not work, just sat there no update, and I was concerned. Logged out and back in and it worked fine.

I am having the exact same issue and non of the suggestions are working. I'm very concerned.
I recommend just updating the URL's. If you are selecting that option and it is not working you can try logging out of chrome and logging back in. That's what worked for me. It has had no impact on my vault since I did the update.
