Nevermind, I got it. No super intuitive but I figured it out.
For those reading this later:
Only ONE Yubikey is registered as a Lastpass MFA option
To access other Yubikeys you have registered, you need to select "other options" at the MFA login challenge

When using the LastPass Authenticator, please see this support article to manage your primary and secondary MFA selections for the LastPass login.
While you can add multiple YubiKeys to protect yourLastPassvault, only the YubiKey inSlot 1will be used for authentication when logging in to your vault in offline mode.

That option only allows me to use 1 Yubikey despite having 2 of them enabled in my MFA options. How do I get both keys to work?
