I'm not using the extension, I'm using the website. I tried clearing the cache on my browser but got nothing.

I will recommend following these steps:
Note: Before making any of these steps, please make sure you know your master password!
1. Clearthe LastPass cacheandrefresh sitesfrom the LastPass extension, log out
2. Proceed touninstall the LastPass extension, and clear cache and cookies (all time) on the browser
3. Close completely and reopen the browser,install the extension again, log back in, and verify if the issue persists

The instructions you linked appear to all require the app or the browser extension. I'm just logging in to the website and pulling up the card for the bank account. If I'm reading this wrong, please advise.
@msmwkc This process is different than clearing the browser cache, as your LastPass Vault has a data history of its own.
