A family member is trying the recover their LastPass account. However, contacting support requires you to first of all verify your email address. When I submit this, the email is never received (I've already checked spam).
I'm absolutely certain that the email address is correct. It has received emails from LastPass in the past, including the account creation notification. We have full access to the email address's inbox.
Could LastPass have deleted the account due to inactivity? Or could the account have been hacked/hijacked and they've changed the email address?
If a member of support could reach out, that would be very helpful.
