I try to use my password to login, it says it's the wrong password, so I go to reset my password with the one I tried to use, but it says I can't use the same password as the old, What do I do?

For anyone else reading up on this topic, it's imperative that your new account password is completely different from the previous one.  You can always use the password generator if you're having trouble coming up with a secure password.
