The address in that support article to access account history has been around for a lot of years, so if you are still having issues, maybe try a different browser, browser profile, or wait for a LastPass support agent to come online tomorrow.
I have tried google chrome, edge, safari, and firefox. Same issue on every browser. I have tried incognito mode in these browsers, still same issue.

So, I was finally able to get a hold of someone at lastpass and learned that they did not charge my card on file with them for our renewal after I had given it to them and it was updated on my billing online. They instead were waiting for a physical check. Since they never got a check, because I thought it was taken care of by charging my card, they ended up suspending our account. It took me two months to get it resolved. I overnighted a check, but they sat on the check for 30+ days and then after depositing it took about another three to four weeks before our account was fully resolved and I could access the admin console once again. Good Luck as it is difficult because you cannot talk to the actual person who can fix your account, you can only email them and email them and email them and reference your payment in the emails and eventually they will fix it. You can at least start by calling 1-866-890-6809 and talk to someone and find out from them the name and email address of who you need to communicate with.
