username not being filled

In some site username is not filled upon choosing the right entry.

Even changing from Chrome to Edge, stills the same.

• Kill all active sessions –instructions here.
• Clear the local cache for LastPass –instructions here.
• Refresh sites –instructions here.

If the issue persists, update theLastPass browser extension(view downloads here), then log in to LastPass and try to perform the action again.
