Can I share a shared folder previously shared with me?

Question

I did not create the shared folder and the original makers of the folder are no longer active/available. I have access to the shared folder and its contents, but I can't seem to manage it in any way aka share it or its contents with anyone else. Is there a way I can share it? I have a free account. If I upgrade to Premium will I be able to share it? Or does it need to be only folders I create myself that I can share? Thanks in advance!

Thank you for checking the community.

We are sorry for the inconvenience with the shared folder and its permissions. You are correct, the only data you can share is the one that has been saved in your private vault.

Free accounts do not have the ability to share a shared folder, only the administrator of that folder can manage those permissions. If you need to manage the data, and the administrators are not available, you can clone or copy those items to your private vault and manage those new items.
