All LastPass service agreements are 12 months long, and renew automatically unless you disable the subscription yourself.

Please let us know if you experience any difficulty renewing.

Welcome to the LastPass Community!

I was checking your account, and your account is set for auto-renew on November 29th this year. Since the subscription is still running the system might not allow you to renew, however, I want you to try the renew now option which is located under Account Setings > General > Account Information > Links > My account. You can find the steps here: Manually renew a LastPass Premium or LastPass Families subscription
