Lastpass consistently logs out after a short time - macOS/safari

Question

Was functioning correctly, then not after OS update.

Auto logout settings are disabled, cleared all Safari cookies, refreshed my vault, cleared local data, set auto logoff advanced account settings to 2 weeks, restarted safari/MacOS - no change.

How do I prevent lastpass from auto logout?

Ironically it’s working properly again.
It's possible the auto logoff setting in advanced account settings might have been the cause.
