The default is to enable it which is causing issues for my organization. I can disable it myself in the account settings, but every time I close my browser and reauthenticate into LastPass from the extension, it re-enables it.

Business users may set a policy to 'Disable Autofill' within the unified admin center:
Open UAC > at the top options click "Policies" > search for "autofill" > click on the policy "Disable autofill" > Change "Disabled" to "enabled" and modify the users or settings as needed > Save changes
