Lastpass Security dashboard not working

Hi,

My Security Dashboard is completely empty. I've been using Lastpass Family for about 2 years now in Firefox and the security Dashboard has worked in the beginning. For a couple of monthes now it stopped and is completely empty. Everything is on 0. The only option I have is to Add a new item, but then it just adds a item to the fault.

I tried reinstalling the extention, Clearing Cache, update items. Nothing seems to work.

What can I do?

I had the same problem:

I open my vault in a firefox window (version 121.0) and it tells me the security board was calculating but after few min there will be no dashboard-display.

Has anyone a clue for that problem?

I search for "security dashboard" but couldnt find a helpful hint.
