Would upgrading to families enable me to recover my husband's account?

My husband and I both use LastPass (free version). He cannot log in, and cannot recover it, due to having moved countries, and the mobile phone number which is set up to receive the SMS from LastPass has been deactivated, since he didn't pay the account for months after moving and getting a new number in the country where we now live. Any suggestions are appreciated.🙏

I hope this message finds you well. When you upgrade to a families subscription you have the opportunity to invite the user but the user will need to know his/her master password in order to accept the invitation. Unfortunately, there is no option as a Family manager to recover an account. I recommend you to create a ticket for unable to login using your husband's account so we can help him directly.
