Please I think my Last pass may be compromised. There is a message under my name saying that I am a free user. I have checked and renewal is not due until October. I have changed my password and I I am being asked to download and install "Las Pass" I have also received an email purporting to be from you telling me that I am a free used. That to do next PLEASE John
Something happened yesterday I am yet to determine,
I was unable to login to new devices, no verification emails being sent from LastPass and the apps and extensions were not logging in, I still had access on my phone and verified my details were correct by logging out and logging back in on the phone.
I also saw this message about not being a subscribtion account despite just paying my fees
Support gave me a BS response and didnt read the context of my email. This morning everthing worked without issue and no update from the support team.
