I have no trouble using Lastpass in Edge browser, but when I use Firefox I get the error "As part of our heightened efforts to keep you secure, we’ve blocked this request. Sometimes our automated rules are a bit too careful, so please contact LastPass support for help accessing LastPass if you think we’ve gone too far to protect you. Lastpass was working just fine in Firefox this morning, but now all my connections from the browser are blocked, including from the Firefox browser extension. I don't have a paid account so I can't get Lastpass to unblock me. I'm not using any proxies or VPNs or shady browser extensions.

I apologize for the brief disruption for some Firefox users with LastPass.

The issue pertained to a specific systems update we performed on our side, which was rolled back as soon as the problem was identified.

Here another Firefox user with the same error occurring just since an hour. Everything is fine in Chrome.

Even accessing the public site homepage of www.lastpass.com gives the same message.

The code to mention is different though: 18.92477b5c.1732138643.ac7a954 but this is probably account-dependent?

i'm having the same problem on Firefox and I've placed a "call me" request to LastPass

It's ridiculous that the error message says "contact LastPass support" but since I am blocked from visiting lastpass.com there isn't even a support link visible. And when I go directly to support.lastpass.com in Firefox (because I found the support link using Edge) and try to log in, that blocks me too!

I went into the Firefox settings and changed the user-agent to be the same as the user-agent in Edge browser, and voil?, I am now unblocked. (How to reset the default user agent on Firefox | Firefox Help)

To think that this so-called enterprise software is blocking users just because they are using their browser's default user-agent is mind boggling. I sure am glad I don't pay for a Lastpass premium account...

For me too, luckily it was just a temporary error, the check on user agent is probably changed (back again)?

I don't have an answer but am experiencing a similar problem as of a few minutes ago. LastPass was fine in FireFox earlier and is fine in Chrome now. In FireFox I get this message:

I'm getting the same on every browser I try. I have opened a ticket, but the ticket number doesn't show up in 'my cases' so I have no way to tell the support team that I still have a problem.
