Screen freezes in Chrome and Edge on W10

We have a Premium Families membership and when i try to move a password to the shared folder for the family, the browser window freezes up after responding with yes to "You're moving sites to shared folder. Others may gain access to the sites.Do you want to continue?". It does not move the password to the shared folder

This happens in both Edge & Chrome, but not Firefox

I have tried disabling the extension and just logging in via the website, but have the same problem

Any ideas?

Hi @potsiea,

Thanks for the update. Please note that LastPass is not supported on beta versions of browsers, it is only supported on the two most recent released versions of the supported web browsers.

It didn't work, but i have worked out since that the problem only exits with Beta versions of Chrome & Edge. If i go into either vault from the extension, i can't do anything after either skipping or accepting the Families tour. The screen is greyed out but transparent

I also tried killing all sessions, refreshing sites and reinstalling the extension from the lastpass webpage

Could you try these steps to see if it fixes this issue?

Click the LastPass iconin your web browser toolbar.
Go toAccount Optionsor click your email at the bottom of this menu >Advanced>Refresh SitesthenClear Local Cache.
Log out and log back in to your LastPass account.
