We checked the logs of your account and noticed you've been using the web to access the account and not the extension. Please, review the settings or your browser for any update pending, you may clear the cache and cookies of the browser, we found pending sessions in the backend and closed them.
If the issue persists, please submit a ticket to our support team to be able to review further.
