Can LastPass for Teams or Business share a folder to more than 5 users outside the company?

Our company outsourced development of an enterprise system to a supplier. That supplier uses LastPass and has shared relevant LastPass folders to about 4 people in our company (tech support staff and IT manager).

Now we are transitioning the whole system in-house and want to take ownership of the LastPass entries and share them back to our supplier (because the supplier has a large support team and will still provide some support functions). Problem is, there are about 25 users in the other company that we want to still have access to those LastPass entries. Will LastPass Teams / Business / or Enterprise allow sharing of a folder to 25 users external to our organisation?

Regarding security policy and shared folders:

Supposing one LastPass Business company "Company A" shares a LastPass folder to a group of users in a different LastPass Business company "Company B".

Suppose also that Company A has the "Require MFA" LastPass policy enabled. Company B does not.

Does the "Require MFA" policy only apply at the LastPass Account level? If so, in the above scenario, is it correct to say that the security of Company A's shared folder is not protected by enforced MFA when accessed by users from Company B?

MFA specifically refers to the login process, which can vary from company to company. Once logged in, everything in the LastPass Vault is accessible (though shared credentials could be locked from alteration).
