I am sorry about the issues you are having with your account. On free accounts, you will always see an option to upgrade to premium. However, if you wish to keep your account a free account you don't need to take any actions nor complete the purchase.

Thanks for the reply.
My problem is that this notification cannot be removed or undone and has paralyzed any further activity in my LastPass account.
P.S. I have created a new account for the company and it works perfectly.
