If you're unable to locate the solution on our Support Site, there will be a 'Contact' option at the top-right (Contact Us option) and bottom of each support article (Contact Support option) that paid subscribers may use to request a callback from a LastPass agent.
If your subscription has expired and there is a problem renewing, please see this billing support article for specific instructions on how to create a billing case.

THE LASTPASS "CONTACT US" WINDOW IS BROKEN. THE PHONE NUMBER Drop Down has no values, same as the "Select your reason for contacting support." box, but fields both are REQUIRED but have nothing to choose from in the drop down.

how do I get tech support by phone?
I AM a paid customer, but your "customer support portal" isn't recognizing me, so I'm stuck in limbo, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
And the chatbot to "transfer me to a live chat" is also not working. There is absolutely no way I can contact customer service for technical support. I am a paying customer. This is unacceptable.

As a paid subscriber you may request a callback at any time through the Customer Support web portal, and we'll call you when the next support specialist is available.
and all because you forced me to upgrade to LassPass for Safari which won't work.
chatbot is useless. finally got connected to a live agent over chat. he had me reinstall/reboot but when i tried to connect back, i get message saying no one is available. YOUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS TERRIBLE!!
WTH I cannot get in touch with anyone. I paid for premium like I do every year AND STILL DO NOT HAVE PREMIUM ACESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
@cle0mymio Please update your support case with the proof of purchase (an image of the LastPass purchase from your credit report) so we may cross-reference the subscription within our systems.
