Same problem. I can click on the widget and enter a search term, and it returns a box with that one item, but I cannot see the whole vault, only the item I typed in. If I select the red vault button from the widget (with the arrow), I get a blank page. If I hit the back button from there, the log in page flashes for a second, and reverts to the blank page (it says "LastPass . . ." in greyed out letters). Hope someone can explain this.
Hi thanks for that. Obviously not just me then. I hadn't thought of doing an individual site search, it works for me too. That is a relief because at least we still have access to our data. I guess it is just a gremlin that needs a fix but now I know there is a work round, I'm not too worried. Thanks for the tip.
I'm just basing that on previous glitches which seemed to get sorted after a while and this one has a work round so I'm not too worried. I use the free version so I don't think I can report it. I thought from their post that @User17206578420821926188 might have Pro, so may be able to report it.
I have these issues:
a) as shown in the screenshot on FF 130.0 and LastPass extension v4.133.0 I cannot get the vault to open in a browser tab even though the extension works fine (I can access the items there and it fills in passwords)
b) in Chrome 128.0.6613.138 and LastPass extension v4.133.0 the link to https://lastpass.com/saml/login/oidc remains completely blank. This is the page you get to when you are in the vault and then go to the support page https://support.lastpass.com/s/?language=en_US and click on "Log in to support"
Is there an official fix yet? Please post here!!!
Same issue here using FF 130 and LastPass extension v4.133.0 and it KEEPS wanting me to encrypt websites which I would if I could but get a BLANK vault just like the OP. Can I get a pro rated refund because your software dont work?

I wrote earlier (customer # ending 4223), and decided to delete my widget/extension. That allowed me to go to LastPass.com where I was able to access the login page, and successfully log into my vault. I think it is a widget/extension problem.

This issue seems to be related to the browser extension. I opened a case with LastPass and they FINALLY admitted it's a new issue, but the developers don't yet have an ETA on when it will be resolved. Hoping this gets resolved quickly.

I just upgraded to 4.134.0, but I still cannot get to my vault in Firefox (yes, I closed and restarted FF after the update). With Chrome it works fine (also using 4.134.0).
What are your experiences? Did anybody get it to work?

Any change on this as far as anyone knows? I still can't open my vault - a month later.
Problem solved for me after I removed a plugin from Firefox. The plugin was an adblocker. Strangely enough I had deactivated it long ago, so I didn't expect it to interfere in any way. After I deleted it my LastPass vault was accessible again.
Maybe that info helps someone here...
Thanks for that. I've searched everywhere and can't find an ad blocker, which quite surprised me. The situation is still the same with the vault. It's been about 6 weeks now.

I have been having that same issue when I go to open my vault. I am using Microsoft Edge extension for the free version of Last Pass. No problem opening my account. I click on the open vault spot and it only goes so far and stops without actually opening it. I then clicked on the "refresh" button to reload the page and it did load my vault. However, on subsequent times I've had to click the "refresh" button anywhere between 1 and 5 times before it loaded. Hope this helps you and others. I hope the Last Pass engineers find a fix for this soon.
Thanks for that. Just tried it but it didn't work with Firefox. It's been weeks now. It's really annoying. Fortunately, I can still copy and past passwords from the widget.
I've been having the same problem with the chrome extension for a few weeks. The little red icon appears and I can use and edit individual passwords from it but I can't open my vault. Posting this to be one more person encouraging the developers to fix this ASAP.
