Currently LastPass doesn't offer a chat-based support option, our support team can be contacted by submitting a support ticket and communication with your support representative is through email via that ticket.

Nothing wrong with that in principle, however I'm finding the email submission form doesn't work. For instance, I'm trying to submit a request to get MFA disabled on my account and I just get an error saying 'please try again or call support'. At that point there's no where else to go!

Our team is aware of this issue causing some users to get an error when trying to submit a support ticketand is working to investigate & resolve this ASAP. When trying to complete your Families upgrade, what error message do you see?
