When I click on an "accept shared data" email sent by a client/account holder, I'm prompted to enter the account holder's master password. I just created this account to ask support what am I doing wrong? Any clues? New to Last Pass.

When I click on an "accept shared data" email sent by a client/account holder, I'm prompted to enter the account holder's master password.  I just created this account to ask support what am I doing wrong? Any clues? New to Last Pass.

Please make sure you have verified your LastPass email address after setting up the account, sent by the LastPass system via a support alias.

Also, make sure you are already logged into the LastPass browser app on a supported device and web browser.
