WHY IS ANYONE PAYING FOR THIS PRODUCT?

Question

Had the service over a year ago, forget why I switched away, but since I came back... I think I know why!

I use this for my business as I have to access over 100 different websites.   Some of those require THREE pieces of information... user, password, something else.

Apparently lastpass is ANCIENT by today's standards, and CANNOT HANDLE THIS!

I also ONLY want this for LOGIN credentials.   NOTHING ELSE.

Apparently the only way to get this done (according to Gerardo A) is to add EVERY URL I USE into their NEVER URL system, so I won't be prompted for things like..

Departure City

Arrival City

Departure Date...

WHO WANTS TO SAVE THIS??

Thought this was fixed a couple months ago, but apparently it is happening again!

ALSO...

Gerardo refreshed the account and had me log out and back in.

I got the message to check my email OR it's an invalid password.

Well, I got no emails, so try multiple passwords... NOTHING!

a few minutes later I get an email that login was blocked.  I click IT WAS ME...

Then I have to try to login again...

Trying multiple passwords... this time I actually get an invalid password message!

Finally am able to log back in, and refresh did NOTHING but WASTE MY TIME!

So, I ask again, WHY IS ANYONE PAYING FOR THIS PRODUCT?

I have been in contact... Gerardo on the chat... whomever on X...

Have gotten NOTHING resolved... only excuses and empty promises.

I pay for a PASSWORD manager, and while this handles MANY of them, it does not work on ALL sites...

And I do not want it to request to manage ANYTHING else.

Just login credentials.

Why can lastpass no longer do that?
