Hallo,
I cannot open my LastPass application because two-factor authentication is not working.
I have used the "Request Help Loging In" link and entered the email associated with my account, however no authentication password is sent out despite multiple attempts.
I was logging into my Last Pass account and the website asked me to delink and relink my Authenticator, however the QR code it generated failed to work it wont recognize it so I am unable to set it up and link it to my LastPass account. I cannot generate another QR code to be scanned in LastPass-Authenticator because I cannot open Lastpass.
Also the option "Send me an SMS access code" has no success, although receiving SMS on my smartphone works otherwise.
What do I need to do to reopen my LastPass application and get access to the passwords stored in my account?
