For the last couple of weeks, when I open my browser after closing it, the LastPass extension is black and when I hover over it to log in, I get a tiny grey bubble instead of anything useful. If I go into the extension manager and disable and then re-enable the extension, it logs in automatically (as it is supposed to) and works fine.
But it's bloody annoying. And no one else has commented about this. Which is either because having to create an account with an entirely different community to access customer support for a product we pay (rather a lot) for is such a PITA (I mean, three foul passwords I tried to use were rejected as too common) that no one is bothering to seek support on this, or it is only happening to me.
So:
1. Why is this happening?
2. How do I submit a support ticket to let the overlords at LastPass know there is an issue?
3. How will it be fixed?
