I'm having the same problem, and it seems to be because I'm using the Firefox browser. I can open the account successfully using Google Chrome. I've asked this community how to get in via Firefox, but no one has replied yet!
Ah, looks like that could be a problem here too. Anything nefarious looking on your account? Anything look like it was changed in the settings (Hacked)?

I filed my complaint yesterday. Hoping the more we report the quicker it will resolve.
If it doesn't resolve by the time my to do list decreases enough, I will end up trying out a different password manager. It's not cool for account settings to not function.
I filed a bug report 10 months ago, but I still have the same issue. I'm guessing it was never fixed. (?)
