I have tried on firefox desktop, and also on iphone safari and get the same response. I assumed it was related to AWS outage yesterday, but still not working today and lastpass says service is running fine?

We truly apologize for the problem trying to contact our support line, if you try to request a callback yester it can be possible that the problem is related, but since you mentioned that the issue continues today, I will recommend you try from an incognito window or clean your internet browser, in case is not working please let me know so we can find other option.
