Well, the problem has changed. There was an update to Safari this morning and now the extension is kind of working. It shows as red in the toolbar which is great, but it's also showing my vault as empty. If I open the desktop app, the vault is full. I can click on Launch for the site I'm trying to reach and it will open in Safari and fill in the ID and password.
