I can’t log-in to a new device and access to old device is not possible. Also can’t contact Support portal since Authenticator is not set up and normally have been using SMS but now that is not coming through from Lastpass (other sms yes). My contact details have not changed so that is not the reason. Is it so that customer service could remove MFA for a moment so I could log in with email verification or something else? SMS verification would be easiest but tried all possible tricks with that and not getting any.
