I changed my personal account to a business account years ago. I have now cancelled my business account and need to move my passwords to a personal account. Because it still shows me as a team admin, I do not have the option to export my passwords.

Question

I do not have the export option through the browser extension, Account Settings, or Advance Options. Admin Console still shows in the menu on bottom left but when I click on it, it takes me to a page that tries to get me to open an account. Help please!

Sorry, there may be a restriction due to the cancellation before de-syncing your personal account with the business.  You may use the 'Request help' button within this recovery article, and specify that we may need to temporarily re-activate the business plan in order for you to remove the connected personal login.

Based on your report it seems like the Export option might be prohibited by a policy setup in your business and that's why it is not showing in your Advanced Options. In this case as it seems like your Business account is expired you would need to request to one of our support members to help you with this process.
