I am retiring and moving away from the LP Business. I have purchase a Family account. The family account does NOT support the One-time passcode. This is a great feature when the cell phone goes down. How do I get this back??

Unfortunately, upgrade from a personal account to a business account is not possible, in this case we will have to cancel your current families plan (There is no refund) and the you will be able to upgrade to a business plan, you have to remember that the price will increase due to you will have to pay for each licenses that you want to add.
