Infinite loop

Question

I am stuck in a loop with LastPass for anything outside of the mobile app itself - I can't open a support ticket because the browser on my phone says I need to pair it with the authenticator app as do all my laptop browsers that have it installed. On my cell phone (Samsung Android) when I go to scan the QR code there are two suggested apps to do so - Samsung Authenticator and Microsoft Authenticator - no LastPass option. Trying to get to support by going through Sales.

LastPass doesn't come up as an option to scan qrcodes on my phone, just Samsung and Microsoft authenticator. I've been trying to find where to add LastPass as an option but cannot.

Hello @Damon555,

The LastPass app itself does not have the ability to scan a QR code. You would need to download and install the LastPass Authenticator app, then scan the QR code from the LastPass authenticator app.
