Account recovery on iPhone is BROKEN.
The account recovery process starts with FaceID (accepted) then moves on to the Multi-Factor Authentication routine where it asks for responses from my Identification Grid (A1, B2, C3, D4 style), which I am able to supply from the grid I saved years ago. Then it fails and says, "Something Went Wrong. Try again Later."
The community Forum shows that other people were having this problem last January (2023). Evidently there is no fix for this!
I'm a Premium member but without my Master Password, I can't log into Support to get a phone number to call! Kind of a circular problem.
