It sounds like you were 'unlocking' the trusted (logged into) LastPass app on your mobile device?
If you previously had biometrics integration with LastPass, then you'll need to reset that again on your new device.
If however, you were using the LastPass Authenticator as a secondary auth requirement, then you'll need to resync that separately through your account settings at lastpass.com.
