If this user set a 'security email' up to receive these verifications, then that's where to look for IP/device confirmation requests.
If the last login attempt triggered an identity confirmation email sent to the LastPass email address, then please be sure that you have added the following as contacts to your email filter's allowlist, then prompt LastPass to send you another email:

@m.lastpass.com
@t.lastpass.com
If you still can't find these emails, and you can log into LastPass yourself, you may request a callback as a paid subscriber.
If you're unable to log in at all, then utilize the 'Request help' button within any recovery article.
