Free Account Moving to Family Account

I have a free account. My husband purchased a family account and invited me to join. Unfortunately, I cannot remember my master password. I use facial recognition on my app, which is my primary device. I'd like to change my primary device to a computer and export my passwords into a .csv file. Then I could import my passwords to a family account, I think.

Could you help me figure this out? Thanks so much!

The first step is to attempt account recovery to regain access to your account. On mobile, you may be able to recover your master password via mobile account recovery. Please find the instructions for iOS and Android linked. If that option does not work, please review this article for further options to recover your master password.

If you are not able to recover your master password, then it is not possible to switch your primary device to the computer in order to export your credentials. Unfortunately, the master password will be required to log in and make the computer your primary device. If we're not able to recover the account, it may be best to reset the existing account so that you can use the same email address to join your new Family's account.
