I have a paid account and mine are gone as well, but I can access via the app on my phone and all my passwords are there.
Okay, maybe lets like this thread so it gets more attention. If we're lucky there will be an answere by an official.
What did you do? Seems like I can't contact support about it..
There was a reported malfunction for lastpass at 9:00 am this morning (i am in europe). So maybe they had issues and everything will be restored in a few hours. But maybe we are all doomed.

The vault appears empty, but it is still working-try logging in to something using the auto fill.
It appears you have to upgrade to a paid service to get support. I've rebooted, logged out and back in, etc. No solution yet.
This won't be very user friendly for the sites that don't allow the auto fill feature (some block it). Likely related to the encryption of the urls that was done last week.
I had the exact same problem. I discovered my entire LastPass vault was visible when I logged into my LastPass account from my wife's computer. From her computer I exported my LastPass vault to a csv file by downloading to a flash drive. I then inserted the flash drive in my computer and logged into my LastPass account on my computer and imported the vault and now have everything restored.
Me too. Free user for years and now everything is gone.
Everything is back on again! I am somewhat happy :')
I will now export my entire vault in a csv file, like @User17319470287704790380 suggested, thanks for the hint! Ooooh yeaa today is a happy day. ^.^
