Whenever I go to check a password linked to my primary email, the existing password switches to the master password. This has only started occurring recently so suspect a glitch. How can I solve this annoying problem?

Delete the entry in your browser's internal password manager that's overwriting the fields. In Chrome and Edge, there's typically a key icon in the toolbar that'll tell you what to remove.

Great. So what are we supposed to do about it? I tried setting up a case number but it wouldn't let me. Any gurus out there?
