Yep, had the same issue here. Lastpass blocked me and sent me an e-mail giving the correct time but different IP address and different physical location. The only way to get into Lastpass was to click "yes it was me" and login to Lastpass so that I could quickly change my password. Other options to get in touch with someone from Lastpass didn't work. Am definitely left with an unsecure and unsatisfied feeling after this issue.
