Can’t login on my LastPass!

Dear reader,

Got new phone, and my LastPass authenticator wasn’t backed up. I do not receive a code via SMS. Maybe my phone number is not correctly implemented? (Maybe I did not enter +31 and omit the first 0?)

I do know my master password.

How can I fix it?

Tried that one, I do not get a SMS and they don’t call me, ‘cause phone number is wrong? (Forgot +31?).

What I need is that my 2nd authentication is temporarily removed from my account (I do know my master PW)?

But no way I can find support from LastPass.

Finaly solved. 😅 Thanks a lot.

LastPass has disabled this service for your account: LastPass Authenticator. To re-enable LastPass Authenticator verification, go to Account Settings from your LastPass Vault.

I received an email from Nathalie from logmain.com at Saturday 05-03-2022 15.34 h (Amsterdam time)

I replied it at 17.56 h (support-replies@logmein.com) with the answers requested.

Then I received an email from Nathalie at Monday 07-03-2022 15.02 h witch said:

I am following up with you regarding our last interaction to ensure I’ve addressed the issues relating to your open support case. Simply reply to this email if you still need assistance.

Replied that one on 07-03-2022 15.59h çause I still needs help.

Then I get an email on 08-03-2022 saying: I am sending one more follow up email to check in with you to ensure I’ve addressed the issues relating to your recent support case. No action is required if you no longer need any assistance. I’m closing your case and you can expect to receive a survey about your GoTo support experience within the next day or so.
