The password is likely saved to your browser's password manager. Check the saved entries and delete anything related to LastPass.

I was having the same issue. jpenny84's comment worked, I removed it from my browser autofill and it stopped happening.

I'm still having issues. I'm still not able to get it fixed. I just don't understand what changed. This only started about a week ago and I've been using Last Pass for almost 2 years. This is for my work and I have a ton of usernames and passwords. This is extremely frustrating.
