Error when renewing Teams subscription

I'm getting an error which says I'm unable to renew my subscription with this account. We have a LastPass Teams subscription. Navigating the help page doesn't yield any advice. And the similar cases in the community seem related to LastPass Enterprise?

We would appreciate some assistance in figuring out how to renew. Thanks!
