URL cryptography process fails

Question

Hello folks,

The URL cryptography process completes with an error.

"Try again. If the problem persist, contact support" (translated from Italian, screenshot attached).

I can't access the Vault as I get the message to start the process every time.

What can I do?

Hi  @Hilda Calderas​, it would be great if you could share the solution to this issue here or some other public place. I already filed two tickets with the same blocking issue (02704523, 02705739) and I'm getting no usefule support. This is a blocking issue for us.
