Update a password stored in lastpass programatically.

Hi There,

I am working on one audit requirement. Per this requirement, I am required to update a password stored in Lastpass vault automatically every time it is accessed. I have following question in this regard.

1) I see there is an option to change the password using cli. I'm wondering if there are any other ways to achieve this.

2) Are there any event logs generated that can be leveraged to invoke processes/ rotate any services to rotate the password.

Welcome to the LastPass Community.

If you wish to update a password inside of your LastPass vault, you may do so by clicking on the wrench icon and changing it each time you want to. If you are an admin on your LastPass business account, you would be able to see the change on the business reports.
