LastPass was great now it isn't.

I subscribed to LastPass on my iPhone and it uses my subscriptions to pay for the yearly cost for LastPass Premium. Well September 2023 came along and it paid but now I am a free user. I can't sign in. The authenticator app passcode does not work and I had MFA on. I tried the call me and I press the # and it says it verified me but my log in screen on my computer says unexpected error. I cannot access my vault and I paid! What is going on? This is unacceptable. I have to remember passwords because last pass can't be trusted now when renewal comes around?

I was able to fix it. I had to signout my other phone from iCloud and my new phone's authenticator then worked. I was able to sign into my computer's lastpass account now that authenticator works. Once signed in it showed premium user. My phone still showed free user. I logged out of my phone and back and still free user on same account that my computer lastpass was showing premium user. So I uninstalled lastpass app from my iPhone and reinstalled it and logged back it. Now it shows premium user.
