I try to recover my last pass account and when i get the email it says it's already expired

I'm sorry about the recovery issues you've recently experienced.
In this case, there may not be enough cached LastPass browser data to create a recovery one-time-password.
If you created a password 'hint', this may be helpful in remembering the spelling of your current account password.
If not, and you recently updated your account password, you may also revert to the last known login (if updated in the last 30 days).
Same here. Their account recovery links are fubar and somehow they've locked many users out too. Disgraceful.

Well considering it took you more than 30 days to even respond to this request the any attempt to revert to last known login is now worthless.
Also, the individual account was set up by a co-worker and we are unable to access now that they've left the company. Our org has access to the email account so if we could get a password reset sent via email like any other service in existence would do then that would solve the problem for us.
The irony is we don't even need any data in the account we literally just want to delete it since the former employee set up a paid plan on one of our company credit cards that keeps auto billing.
LastPass is a problem.

Hi there, this has happened to me too. please help - im stuck in a circular reference trying to access Lastpass. Tried clearing cache. cant go back to 30 days pw as unsure of that too.
says expired link as soon as the email sends.

All my business passwords are on there, and it's ridiculous that I can't get any support after being locked out due to a glitch on their site.
